Do you ship nationwide? 

Yes! We ship nationwide through J&T Express.

What are your shipping options? How long does delivery take? 

For website orders we ship door-to-door via J&T Express. 

  • Luzon - 3-5 days
  • Visayas - 2-3 days
  • Mindanao - 5-7 days 

We highly suggest ordering through our website for faster delivery! :) We ensure next day shipping for orders placed before 4PM. 

For orders on Shopee Store the courier is either SPX Express or J&T Express. For faster delivery through Shopee, we suggest choosing J&T Express upon checkout. 

  • Luzon - 5-7 days
  • Visayas - 3-5 days 
  • Mindanao - 7-14 days 

We also ship through Maxim delivery within Bacolod! 

Do you accept rush orders? 

We try our best to accommodate all rush orders! Please message us on Instagram before placing a rush order so we can let you know if we can have your orders delivered in time :)

Do you have a physical store? 

As of now we are available in-store only in Bacolod. You can shop our products in-person at the following locations: 

  • Louise & Louise Boutique - 6th Lacson Street, Bacolod City (In front of Doll building), Bacolod CIty
  • Niji Bacolod Gift Shop - JTL Building, B.S. Aquino Drive, Bacolod City (In front of Redemptorist Church) 
  • The Neighbourgoods Store - 2nd Floor, University Courtyard, Lasalle Avenue, Bacolod City 

Do you have same day delivery? 

As of now we only offer same day delivery within Bacolod City through Maxim delivery. Kindly message us on Instagram for same day deliveries!

May I know the exact dimensions of this product?

You can find the dimensions (in cm) posted on each product description! 

What material are your pouches? Is it heat-resistant and water-proof?

All Club Eazy pouches are made of 100% BPA Free Silicone. This makes all our pouches heat resistant and water-resistant! Your essentials will stay safe and dry as long as it is not fully submerged underwater. 

What pouch can fit big phones? (Pro Max, Iphone Plus, etc) 

For Pro Max and other phones in similar size, we recommend the Eazy Sleeve Large Pouch, XL Pouch or the Eazy Sling Bag! 

What would you recommend for storing and carrying passports?

For passports we recommend the Eazy Sleeve Large Pouch! It fits up to 8 passports inside and it’s water-resistant to protect your important documents! :) 

CARE/CLEANING GUIDE

  • For dust and small stains, all Club Eazy pouches can be easily cleaned with a wet wipe or damp cloth.  
  • For bigger stains, you can wash your pouch with soap and water. Use either a sponge or a toothbrush to gently scrub out dirt or stains. 
  • Wipe dry with a clean cloth after washing to avoid water spots. Leave the nylon zipper/nylon handles to air dry.

SHIPPING POLICY

Once you successfully place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Shipping is door-to-door via J&T Express. 

  • Luzon - 3-5 days
  • Visayas - 2-3 days
  • Mindanao - 5-7 days 

For all orders we ensure next day shipping for orders placed before 4PM. To request for same day shipping, please send us an email or message us on Instagram. Cut-off for same-day shipping orders is at 2PM. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you haven't received any email, you may message us at @clubeazyph on Instagram.


Note: Once we have shipped your package, we have no control on the delivery schedule of the courier. We recommend contacting the courier directly for any concerns about order tracking or delays. If you need more assistance, you can contact us at @clubeazyph on Instagram and we’d be happy to help! 

Returning an item with damages or issues: 

We make sure to thoroughly inspect all our items before shipping to make sure that they are in good condition! :) 

If in any case there is a problem with your order, we offer return/refund strictly within 3 days of date of delivery.  Please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and sort it out. Kindly take clear pictures and video of the issue and send it to us so we can check. You can message us at @clubeazyph on Instagram for faster transaction! 

Note: Any defective/wrong items reported after 3 days will no longer be eligible for return/refund. 

We only offer return/refund for the ff:

  • Defective items (manufacturing defect) 
  • Wrong item received (correct order, wrong item shipped out) 

For refund/return to be approved, items must be strictly: 

  • Unused 
  • With original packaging 
  • Without any damage caused by customer 

Once defect/damage/wrong item is confirmed, we will automatically process a replacement or refund. For replacement, you will ship back the defective order and we will ship out a replacement once we have received the returned items. For refund, you will ship back the defective order and we will automatically issue a refund of the full order amount (item + shipping cost) once we have received the returned items.

We will shoulder the shipping cost for return/refund cases. 

Oh no! I placed the wrong order: 

For wrong orders placed, please message us immediately! 

If the order is not yet shipped out, you can simply cancel your previous order and place a correct one. If the order has already been shipped, we offer replacement. 

Kindly wait to receive the order and ship it back to us, once we receive the return items, we will ship out your correct order. Shipping cost for replacement is to be shouldered by the buyer.Â
